PlayTime Scheduler (PTS)
Join Session
From the main page, click on a colored circle that is not marked “Canceled”.
A pop up form will show the details of the session: 1) Date, start time and end time; 2) Location; 3) Skill level range required; 4) Type of session (Singles, Doubles), min and max number of players; 5) List of players; and 6) If any notes have been added.
Click on the green “+ Add My Name” button and you will be added to the session (player #10 in image at the right).
Click the orange “Add Note” button to add a note. The note will be added for all to see and will generate an email for all players who allowed such emails to be received.
Click the red “Email Players” button to send an email message to those who signed up for the session.
Click the green “+ Add Guest” to add a guest to the session.
